You'll receive a full and proper consultation and a review of the proposal in our business centre, before we prepare an indicative quotation. If you're happy to proceed, we'll make a formal application to the lender with all necessary supporting paperwork, and will provide you with regular updates on progress right up until the point at which you receive the funds.
And you also have the assurance of our 100% results guarantee, where we will refund any up-front broker fees if we cannot obtain a 'decision in principle' within a reasonable period of time, or if this isn't followed by an offer.
Our Code of Practice
At all times, we will conduct our activities with integrity, dignity and professionalism, and we will actively encourage similar conduct by others within the lending industry.
We will act with competence, and strive to continually maintain and improve upon our professional judgment through a complete understanding and knowledge of the lending criteria for our clients.
We will adhere to the principles of confidentiality and accuracy of enquiries and replies in all exchanges of financial and credit information. Where necessary, we will abide by the regulations under the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will treat, in a fiduciary capacity, all loan expense funds received in that capacity and will not charge borrowers advance loan placement fees or commissions, except where this has been agreed in writing with the borrower.
At all times, BWG Commercial Finance Specialists and the Commercial Finance Specialists will adhere to the specific terms of our funding commitments, commission agreements and other lending requirements.
We will never knowingly make false or misleading statements, withhold or alter vital information which may jeopardize an intelligent loan decision, and we will correctly represent our relationships with all parties to the loan application.
We will hold our Clients, Loan Representatives and Loan Companies in the highest esteem at all times.
